AccuFund, Inc. was incorporated in 2001 to provide financial management software solutions to non-profit and government organizations. AccuFund is an off shoot from 20 Pines Resources which had been providing add-on components for use with other software products on the market prior to that time.
AccuFund's principal office is in Needham, MA and also has an office in Littleton, CO. The Boston office houses sales, support and administrative staff, while the Littleton facility primarily houses the software development staff.
AccuFund has two principal officers both with significant experience in the accounting software industry and specifically with government and non-profit organizations.
Peter J. Stam - President
Peter has been in the software business since 1985, the entire time with companies focused on the NPO and government markets. Peter was the CFO and then General Manager of Access International, the Vice President of Sales for Foundation Software, the President of Needham Systems, and the Director of Professional Services for American Fundware.
Prior to entering the software business Peter was the CFO of the Boston Redevelopment Authority and held several program manager positions in the Job Training Program Administration and Mayor's Office for the City of Boston.
Peter's education includes an MBA from Boston University and a BS from The George Washington University.
Gordon Holfelder - Vice President
Gordon has been developing software for companies since high school. He worked for several companies developing software for internal use until 1990 when he joined American Fundware as part of their development team. Gordon left American FundWare as the Vice Preident of Software Development in 1998 and started 20 Pines Resources to focus on Windows-ready solutions and to fill module needs not being meet by the major non-profit software providers.
Gordon has a BS in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
