Development & Endowment
The Accufund Development Suite is a group of integrated modules for the development office. Besides the core offerings expected in any development system, the AccuFund Development Suite is designed specifically for development offices managing a large number of named endowments with donor designated and monitored distribution programs for the income.
The Integrated modules Include:
Core - The central core where all fund and donor information is maintained
Server - Collects disbursement information from your accounting system and records it back into the Endowment Core. Also used for merging ADS information into your accounting system reports.
Pledge Tracking - The Pledge component tracks donor commitments to your organization. The component allows tracking of specific information including payment schedules, multiple solicitor credits, and user definable fields to track specific information about the pledge instrument.
Distributions - Enter distributions and produce correspondence to the recipient or recommender and post to Accounts Payable with audit control.
Receipts - Enter receipts and produce correspondence to the donor, fund sponsors and honorees; post to General Ledger with audit control.
Brokerage Import - Import all transactions as well as current market value or select specific activities as you desire; post to General Ledger with audit control.
Contact Management - Complete activity based tracking. Manage communication with donors for existing and prospective funds, store electronic copies of correspondence and statements. Track recipient grant performance requirements and associated distributions.
Distribution Import - Optional component that allows import of distribution requests from a third party system.
ExcelŽ Export - Allows any fund, donor, receipt or distribution information to be directly exported into an Excel spreadsheet. Allows you to define how and what information is to be exported.
